Ethos: We believe it is important to source as many local supplies as possible, not just to reducethe miles a product travels but to support our local producers, and you would be suprised the quality you can find on your doorstep. Some of our suppliers: Sparkenhoe Leicestershire cheese, just down the road in Upton. Swithland Spring Water, is a pure source from beneath the Charnwood hills. Gopsall Fresh Farmhouse Ice Cream, hand crafted on the CrownsGopsall estate. Sympathy Teas, from South Kilworth in Leicestershire. We use only free range eggs, we are using some Organic lines, such as our Soya and Fresh milk, Cookies and Brownie and Muesli from Claybrooke Magna. Plus some cold drinks. Our meat is of the highest quality and is supplied by Frank Parkers award winning Butchers in Nuneaton We get our Tea and coffee from Tudor Coffee and the majority of this is Rainforrest Alliance. We could go on, but the most important thing is that you enjoy the food and drink we serve to you. We look forward to seeing you soon.
