We work through various stretches and moves to help get baby into good position and to help build muscle memory for instinctive birthing. We look at breathing to aid pregnancy calmness and to use during labour, plus we relax and use positive messaging to dispel fear and myth around childbirth. A practical weekly class combining movement, antenatal ed and relaxation for pregnancy and birth, plus a nice place to meet other mums2be! It is taught in a 6 week term (most girls do 2 terms and then drop in till they pop...) Daisy Couples Workshop is a one off class for mums2be and birth partners (normally 4 couples), it is 4 hours long and look at the whole birth process, positioning, breathing. Roles and support of a birth partner, environment, what our bodies doing, what the doctors and midwives will be doing… after baby and tips and techniques for massage and aids during birth!
