Local farmers continue to be our long established suppliers and enable us to include other stock items as free range eggs and honey.
Naturally we provide a full range of excellent meat including game when in season such as Venison and Pheasants.
In addition to the more traditional cuts we also take pride in offering over 45 varieties seasonally of homemade sausage and a wide range of prepared meats including Kleftico, Chicken Paupiettes stuffed with thyme and parsley, Italian Meat Balls, Thai Chicken stir fry, stuffed Pork Loin steaks with apricot, apple and ginger, minted Lamb steaks.... and the list goes on!
