The proprietor has 25 years experience working in restaurants right across the UK and in this new venture he has introduced an exciting Indian fusion menu that combines the tried and true curry house classics with innovative dishes like Posh Spice (Chicken or lamb with fresh cream, sugar, egg and mango pulp), Joi Yorkshire (Roast lamb cooked bangle style with light spices and served with Yorkshire pudding), Sylheti Sea Bass (Pan-fired fillet of sea bass served with thai chilli rice and red pepper sauce) and the intriguingly named chef’s speciality Bongho Bondhu.
