Welcome to our Atlas Sahara two bedroom, six berth, 28ft x 10ft caravan. Ourcaravan is sited on Promenade Ingoldmells, which is a short walk away from Fantasy Island, Sea Front, Market, Local pubs & clubs + many more local aminities. Bedroom one: double bed with double wardrobe, cabinet & TV. Bedroom two: two single beds, single wardrobe & cabinet. Pull out sofa bed in the living room area. Quiltes &pillows are provided for all beds, Guests must bring their own quilt covers, pillow cases & towels. Bathroom: shower unit, sink & toilet. Living room: large seating area with gas fire, tv & dvd player, seperate area for dinning. Kitchen: cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle & all pots & pans needed ect. Also provided is a iron, ironing broad & hoover. Local Facilities / What's On: there is an on-site shop and burger bar, access to the beach and shops. there is a bus stop just outside the site with freguent buses to Skegness & Chapel St Leonards. Restrictions / Limitations: NO same sex groups / NO pets Terms & Conditions: A £50 deposit/bond is required to confirm your booking, which will be refunded providing there is no damage or breakages after your stay. The deposit is non=refundable in the event of cancellation & holidays must be paid in full 4 weeks before your holiday. Our caravan is a Willerby Westmorland 35’ x 12’, 2 bed 6 berth situated on Eastgate Caravan Park adjacent to Fantasy Island. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a pull out bed in the lounge which sleeps two. The lounge has a gas fire, colour TV, radio/CD player and ample seating. There is also a dining area. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. All pots, pans and cutlery are all provided. The bathroom has a WC, shower and wash basin. The double bedroom has a vanity table, fitted wardrobes, overhead storage and a wall heater. There is also direct access to the bathroom. The twin bedroom has two single beds with a wardrobe, overhead storage and a ceiling heater. We do not allow smoking inside the caravan but please feel free to do so outside. There is a veranda with table and chairs. Dogs are allowed at the cost of £10 per stay. Duvets and pillows are provided but you will have to bring your own bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Dependant on size of vehicle there is parking available for 2 or 3 cars next to the caravan. Fantasy Island is next to the caravan park, along with the famous Eastgate Market. The beach is 5 minutes walk. There is a bus stop on Sea Lane where buses will take you to Butlins, Skegness and the local area. Prices range from £200 to £400 for a full week. Short breaks are available from £100. The caravan is available until the end of October. Caravan available from 2 pm on day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 11 am on day of departure. Price includes gas, electricity and water. A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. In addition to this a £50 bond is required, which is refundable providing that there is no damage or breakages and that the caravan is left clean and tidy. EVERYTHING IS NEW AS I HAVE ONLY JUST BOUGHT THIS LOVELY CARAVAN. This caravan has everything you need to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. We hope you enjoy your stay and what the site has to offer. The caravan has a large lounge area which will comfortably fit all the family; it also contains a flat screen TV with freeview and a DVD player. Separate to the lounge area is a corner dining area, where breakfast and dinners can be served. The kitchen is nicely decorated- horse shoe shaped so no trying to squeeze past people. It contains a full size stainless steel gas cooker (ideal for the early morning big breakfast!), microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and all crockery and cutlery. The shower room has a large double shower and is separate from the toilet room. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed, two bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dressing table with mirror. There are two twin bedrooms containing 2 single beds in each room, along with wardrobes and bedside cabinet. Single beds can be pushed together to make a double if need be. The lounge area also has a pull out double bed if wanted. All beds will have clean fresh bedding for each holiday which is free of charge. Although we ask you not to smoke inside the caravan, there is a veranda and an ashtray for you to smoke outside. The veranda is full length and enclosed (ideal for keeping young children safe or for you to sit on and enjoy the sun). On site: - Sealands Family Complex- Entertainment for the whole family, children’s disco’s nightly with the DJ’s playing the latest music that is suitable for toddlers and elderly. There is also an adjoining amusement arcade which caters for all ages. Children can dance with the characters: Pirate Pete, Rocky the crocodile and Mimi the Mermaid. Addition to this there is also fancy dress and dancing competitions throughout the season were prizes can be won. - Sylvie’s night spot on the ground floor of Sealands complex. Newly refurbished for those who fancy a late night drink. Plays all kinds of music from pop, R&B, dance and golden oldies. Open from 9pm – 4am with free admission and reasonable bar prices. - Coral Tap & Family Room – A friendly bar which is also open during the day as well as night. They have different entertainment on every night which caters for the whole family along with Karaoke with Fletch throughout the summer season. - Coral Concert Room – Open 7:30pm till late. Live Entertainment on stage with dance floor. Cabaret attractions presented in luxurious surroundings, different entertainment each night and bingo with top cash pay-outs. Adjoining is a children’s room which contains a children’s bar selling sweets, drinks and the latest flashing/glowing toys and novelties. - Children’s indoor play area, Launderette, on site shop, two Fish & Chip shops. Coral fish & Chip shop open every weekend 5pm – late, 7 days a week. Site passes for coral beach can be bought on site as you enter any entertainment building - £1 for 2 adult passes (children free). Local Area: Coral Beach is situated in an ideal location to all local facilities and attractions. Fantasy Island theme park is a 10-12 minute walk away (3 minute drive) with fun for all the family, including rollercoasters, entertainment, retail and the massive indoor and outdoor market are adjacent to Coral Beach. The beach is a 5 minute walk which is virtually across the road and has sea front shops and bars. Bullins is approximately a 5 minute walk away, where you can purchase day passes and explore all the on-site facilities including multiply dining restaurants, splash water world, traditional fairground, live shows and skyline pavilion. Skegness town centre is approximately a 10 minute drive from Coral Beach; you can even board the regular bus service from Coral Beach to Skegness. Once in Skegness you can take a trip to have a fun day at the Bottons theme park, pay £12 per wristband and ride all day whilst the adults browse the local shops and market. Cancellations The booking deposit is non-refundable. Should we need to cancel your booking then a full refund will be given. Conditions: - Sorry, no pets allowed - We cannot accept bookings from all male/female parties or under 25's: this is a site rule! - Families and mature couples only - We do ask that you respect our caravan whilst enjoying your holiday - We do require an £60 deposit and £80 bond fully refunded once keys have been returned and caravan has been checked by the cleaner to ensure there are no breakages/damage to the caravan). Arrival and Departure Your caravan accommodation keys will be available from either me or site reception on the day of arrival from 4pm onwards. Please bring your authorisation letter on arrival. On your departure day, we ask that you vacate my caravan and parking space by 12pm noon and return your keys to the reception or me.
