An octagonal sanctuary with an elegant spire, Johnstone High Parish Church sits in the centre of Johnstone. The steeple is home to the town clock with 4 faces so that it can be seen from North, South, East and West. The windows on the ground floor of the sanctuary are all stained glass. Unfortunately, vandalism has meant these windows have had to be covered with protective coatings on the exterior, so the pictures are not clearly seen unless from the interior of the building.
