The inaugural Potbelly Folk Festival was on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th March 2011 and featured 15+ bands and artists performing in our unique, historic and atmospheric venue in central Northamptonshire. We were lucky to have a huge variety of folk acts, from traditional folk, to French and Latvian dance music, to acoustic nu-folk from the young generation. Since that first festival we have decided to try to become the first and last festival of the season with Spring & Autumn day Festivals. We are a profesionel friendly private tattoo studio based just outside Kettering town centre. The Kettering Academy opened in September 1987 holding classes at All Saints Church, William Street, Kettering. In October 1991, the Academy moved to their own premesis on the top floor of Tailby House, Bath Road, Kettering. NN16 8NL. The Academy is registered with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and the Sports Leaders UK. Pupils are prepared for examinations, auditions, festivals, and stage work. The academy has an excellent pass rate, and numerous past students have found success in professional theatre. The academy also holds an annual prizegiving where pupils receive examination certificates and the academy awards and trophies for personal achievement.
