The Tradesman's Arms is a fine, turn of the 14th Century, thatched pub and restaurant. During the cooler months the log-burning fire creates a lovely cosy atmosphere whilst in warmer months the stunning colourful hanging baskets further enhance this charming South Devon Free House & Restaurant. Located within the beautiful South Hams countryside and close to the sea, The Tradesman's Arms is the ideal location should you wish to visit us for a glass of wine, a pint of traditional real ale, a tasty bar snack or a enjoyable evening meal in our delightful restaurant. We can now also offer two charming double en-suite rooms, your perfect base to explore the area

The Globe Inn has been an inn for over two hundred years now and the original brick archway and heavy wood and iron door runners for the carriages can still be spotted in the games room downstairs. We are pleased to continue in this tradition since becoming “inn keepers” in January 2000 having emigrated from Australia. After winter renovations in 2006 we are delighted to offer eight well appointed en-suite bed & breakfast rooms and a pub with two bars, a restaurant and games room with a friendly atmosphere, good food and local ales. With a bounty of local produce on our doorstep our kitchen offers seasonally inspired specials alongside traditional pub meals/favourites. We value our local community, using local suppliers where possible and being part of the annual Frogmore Regatta every summer. We have various evenings of live music and themed evenings throughout the year.
