Kinross AFC are an Amatuer Football club currently competing in the Kingdom Caledonian Amatuer Football Association league. The team play home games at the Myre park, Kinross. The clubs home colours are "Loch Leven" purple and away colours are sky blue. We constantly look to improve ourselves both on and off the pitch and with a young squad, a great committee, some of the best sponsors around and most importantly the backing and support of our community in Kinross we are moving forward slowly but surely as a club. Offering a safe environment for children of all ages to develop swimming technique and stamina. Training sessions are held at Live Active Loch Leven, kinross. Our current timetable can be accessed via the link on the index page. The Club is affiliated to Scottish Swimming (S.A.S.A.) and all swimming members of the Club are required to also be a member of S.A.S.A. We compete mostly at swimming galas held in Midland District, but occasionally participate in events held within East District also. If you are interested in joining our Club, we hold open assessments 4 times a year - the next date will be on the club noticeboard at the pool and on the website nearer to the time. Please note that places are limited in the club and no-one can guarantee you will be successful first time round, but don’t let that put you off. It may be that you need to continue with your lessons for a little while longer or to grow stronger before you are ready. All swimmers will be given feedback after the trials. The coaches will access your overall swimming technique, stamina and general level of fitness and will then be able to place you with the most appropriate squad. Please remember that we are a competitive club and you will be expected to follow your Coach’s advice about competitions you should enter as you progress through the Club
