I offer a horse breaking and training service, selling for clients and bringing on young horses. I have over 10 years experience of breaking young horses.
I work in a sympathetic but effective manner to allow the horse to develop at their own speed, making sure they understand what is expected of them at each stage. I take horses from the first day of their training but also horses that have done some groundwork and are ready to move on.
I also manage a riding centre so I have access to excellent facilities. I am willing to travel to you or bring your horse to my yard. Once backed your horse will gain a great amount of experience both schooling and hacking.
I am based near Kirkby Stephen, so your horse will gain a vast amount of experience once backed, they will hack out on roads both quiet and busy, on open fell, around farm machinery and livestock.
I also work with problem horses, and owner/rider combinations, Schooling you together to create the best combination possible.
I am also happy to travel to your horse if you would prefer him to stay at home.
