I studied Costume and Textiles specialising in the authentic skill of Weave at University and I am now ready to start my own business.
I started by making gifts for family and friends and now want to develop this further. Gifts include: Bunting, Aprons, Make up bags and personalised hearts but if you have something particular in mind then just ask.
My main passion is for all things historical, I have a vintage style and recycle fabrics/trimmings as much as possible when making items.
Having studied Costume, and my curiosity for the way artefacts can tell a story and how important it is to preserve them to keep our heritage. I have a keen interest in restoring garments, such as original 1920's beaded flapper dresses. I have skills in corset making and am looking at developing this further as part of my business.
