Will Creation
I offer a relaxed friendly approach to writing your Will. Discussing the subject can sometimes be uncomfortable, so I make it easy for you by visiting you at your own home at your own convenience. I can help and guide you through any difficult discussions. Or you can come to my office if you feel that is best for you. Most Wills are straightforward, we have a chat and I find out what you want me to write, I then go away draft it up and send you the draft for your approval, when you are happy with it we then set up a further appointment when and where it suits you, to sign the document. This is also the case for Lasting Power of Attorneys, although this takes a little longer as it can be quite a complicated procedure, but I am there to guide you.
