At Signature Home Makeover we have over 50-years combined property experience, ranging from; Land Trading, Renovation & New Build; Architecture and Development Management, which combined creates a highly-skilled and extremely knowledgeable team, through which we are able to deliver a high level of productivity, whilst executing a professional signature service within every project.

Our Company statement, ‘Our Reputation Lies Within Our Renovation’, comes from our development track record; our teams experience, knowledge and closeness, which with all these attributes combined delivers the perfect project every-time.
Our Project Managers -
(Those who manage our entire development program from start to finish. Our Project Managers work together with one another as they directly manage the progress, budgets and contractors on each project, providing our clients with regular updates. Our Project Managers also take on the role as our clients’ personal point of contact throughout the development process).
Charles -
Charles has experience in the building trade that dates back to late 2005 during which time he worked for a successful New Home & Land Trading development company. After 12-months, Charles left the company and went on to tackle the property development market alone, taking what experience and knowledge he learnt from his previous employer. Having raised finance from the bank and from two friends, Charles started and completed his first renovation project within 6-months (a 4-Bedroom, 4-Bathroom terraced house in South Croydon, which was converted into two apartments). Throughout the 4-years that followed, Charles went on to build and sell; 6 New Build Properties (the largest being a 5,250 SQFT family home in Shere, Surrey); He renovated 14 projects, and Land Traded 7 development sites. Today, Charles has put his development skills and knowledge behind Signature Home Makeover, providing the company with a highly skilled asset, in the form as a Project Manager. Charles is extremely attentive to detail and will often go to lengths so to ensure clients are kept regularly updated and involved within the development progress.
Daniel -
Daniels expertise comes from a successful background in architecture. Having worked for a large London-based architectural firm from 2005 to 2008, Daniel left the company with the intention of spreading his wings by sourcing his own clients in his home county of Surrey. Having successfully sought and impressed a number of first-time clients, Daniel’s architectural portfolio began to grow and from 2008 to 2010 he carried out over 15 very successful projects. In late 2011 Daniel entered the property renovation sector, buying and refurbishing private projects adding them to his investment portfolio. Daniel became part of Signature Home Makeover in 2012, since which he has worked closely with and impressed a number of clients through his professionalism and vast knowledge for the property development sector.
Our Development Managers -
(Those who operate and manage our development build from start to finish, whilst also managing our Signature contractors. Our Development Managers report directly to our Project Managers, who in-turn report to our clients).
Martin -
Martin specialises as an engineer and electrical specialist in the design of modern home lighting designs, as well as multi-room music systems such as Opus and Harman Kardon. In 2001 Martin was employed by of one of London's leading construction companies as a Project Manager in construction, managing projects in Kensington and Chelsea, and the Wandsworth district area. Martins’ experience gives him a strong position in the team. His ease of networking, delegating and his attention to detail makes working with him easy and efficient.
Robert -
Roberts adventure with construction started in 1993, while he studied Technical Construction. Robert specialises in digging basements, ‘in the broad sense’, and his knowledge for technology-membrane delta systems is second-to-none. Robert has been working in the new home and property renovation sector since early 2001. Robert has a particular ability to reach targets before they are due for completion, without jeopardising the clients tastes and preferences; therefore, surpassing the expectations of our clients on a regular basis.
Kris -
Kris has been working in the building trade for over 10-years as a sole-trader, managing his own development team consisting of 16 professional staff. Kris found that his client-base was achieving rapid growth from 2005 onwards, due to a vast number of recommendations having been provided from previously satisfied clients, which subsequently increased his development portfolio two-fold within a period of 24-months. At one point, Kris was managing 14 projects in London and the surrounding counties, as well as having been instructed to take on a number of projects abroad on behalf of one veteran client. Kris plays a key role at Signature Home Makeover as a Development Manager; he is liked and admired by many of our clients and is often a preferred choice for those returning for additional property services. Kris is extremely attentive, highly knowledgeable and very friendly, making him an absolute pleasure to work with.
