Option 1 - of all dishes cooked in house on the day
Option 2 - opportunity for a basic cooking lesson thrown in to the above setup
Option 3 - of main dishes cooked fresh on the day and most of food prep done prior to arrival at your home. With starters,chapatti’s and rice cooked fresh and hot off the plate in house.

Chicken/lamb curry cooked in a tomato based sauce with garlic, onions, ginger and spices.
Saag Chicken/Lamb curry – slow cooked meat off the bone with spinach, garlic, ginger, onions and spices
Lamb/pork/beef keema matter – mince meat cooked with a tomato based sauce including onions, garlic,ginger, spices and peas
Fish masalla – diced white fish in a spiced onion and tomato based sauce
