Looe Holiday Accommodation
Denzell is a delightful end of terrace house accommodating 6 people situated in the town of West Looe in Cornwall. It enjoys incredible views across the estuary with the woodland extending beyond. Denzell also has great views of East Looe and is nestled into a hillside with the town just a short walk away. Parking is at a premium in Looe but there is ample private parking at Denzell for two cars on the brick paved driveway.
The spacious kitchen is cozy and welcoming, warmed by a gas fired Rayburn and with a table large enough for 6 people. There also is a conventional oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer dryer - the latter two in the adjacent utility room.
Downstairs there is a nice sized sitting room with a 37" flat screen television with Freeview, Playstation 2 and an iPod docking system. There is also a selection of DVDs, PS2 and board games. If you don't want to watch TV or listen to music there is a great view from the window.
On the first floor there is a second living room with even better views over the estuary and double doors give you access to a covered balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.
There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twins, all tastefully decorated. There are two bathrooms both with showers, one with a bath, and a separate WC. There are plenty of wardrobes and storage space throughout the property.
