Local owners Ann & Mike Pote were both born and raised in Looe from local fishing and farming families and have been running Hillingdon Guest House since 1985. Hillingdon Guest House has had successful reviews and even appeared on ‘Wish You Were Here’. We aim to offer our guests a warm and welcoming, homely atmosphere, being in the perfect location for your relaxing seaside break, be it a short or long stay we are sure you will have an enjoyable time with us.

We run an open night for people who like to play, sing or listen to folk and acoustic music.

Denzell is a delightful end of terrace house accommodating 6 people situated in the town of West Looe in Cornwall. It enjoys incredible views across the estuary with the woodland extending beyond. Denzell also has great views of East Looe and is nestled into a hillside with the town just a short walk away. Parking is at a premium in Looe but there is ample private parking at Denzell for two cars on the brick paved driveway. The spacious kitchen is cozy and welcoming, warmed by a gas fired Rayburn and with a table large enough for 6 people. There also is a conventional oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer dryer - the latter two in the adjacent utility room. Downstairs there is a nice sized sitting room with a 37" flat screen television with Freeview, Playstation 2 and an iPod docking system. There is also a selection of DVDs, PS2 and board games. If you don't want to watch TV or listen to music there is a great view from the window. On the first floor there is a second living room with even better views over the estuary and double doors give you access to a covered balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun go down. There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twins, all tastefully decorated. There are two bathrooms both with showers, one with a bath, and a separate WC. There are plenty of wardrobes and storage space throughout the property.

Looe Social Club is a members club. Yearly or temporary membership available.

Welcome to The Tole Fairy The Tole Fairy is a small store situated in the West Looe area. The Tole Fairy is small yet very sophisticated in style, when you walk into the store, you will be astonished with the selection of hand painted/crafted items. If you need to occupy your children for the duration of your Holiday, then why not buy a craft kit for them? Have a look at the Inside Tour to see what catches your eye, if there is something you would like, but can't make it into Looe then we will happily deliver it to your door. All you need to do is contact us and we will be happy to arrange it with you. Every Wednesday we host painting lessons for children and adults between 10am - 12:30pm for £15 per lesson. However if you would like to have some painting lessons, but can't make it on a Wednesday then why not contact us and we will arrange a date and time suitable for you. You can even book for parties and events to keep the little ones happy. "Tole" is the art of hand painting a decoration onto a surface. I paint all sorts of things, mostly on wood or M.D.F I will also paint your own items if you wish. Commissions taken - choose a colour, subject, add a name and/or date etc. We also retail giftware, craft kits and hold painting and crafting classes for adults and children.
