Popular dog and child friendly caravan with large lockable balcony. All beds are made up ready for your arrival. Availability http://www.ukcaravans4hire.com/to-let-userid596.html My caravan is on a quiet part of the site surrounded by wildlife, birds, rabbits even a pheasant and guinea fowl on occasions. Recent visitors green woodpeckers. As I have a large lockable veranda the caravan is particularly suitable for young children and pets where they can move around safely. Due to the siting of the caravan it is also lovely for wildlife enthusiasts. I have a bird bath and feeders which you are welcome to fill. Spring time brings an abundance of baby birds. Two sunbeds are provided for those lovely sunny days (hopefully) Bedrooms My caravan has two bedrooms and a convertible double settee in the lounge, sleeping a maximum of six. There is one double bedroom with ensuite toilet and large wardrobe with mirror doors. There is an aerial socket in the wardrobe if you have a small TV that you wish to bring yourself. Electric panel heater on wall. There are warm extra covers and fleeces in both bedrooms and the lounge in case of bad weather. Twin bedded room overlooking the hedgerow and bird feeders. Living Area Two large settees and comfort cushions. Table and chairs for four. There are two additional chairs on the veranda if you wanted to seat six. Flat screen TV, DVD player and Radio/CD player. TV also have radio. Electric heating in lounge, plus additional heater mobile heater. Panel electric heater in hallway by bathroom. Full size gas oven and hob in kitchen area. Iron and ironing board. Selection of books for your enjoyment. Feel free to read or swap. Games for all ages. Other facilities There is a large shower and toilet in addition to the en-suite toilet in the main bedroom. If there is sufficient demand and early bookings for 2012 which include young children, I may provide high chair and other useful items to save you bringing or hiring these. Balcony This is large and has wooden seating which is left out all the time. If you have hot weather there are also two sunbeds stored under the bed in the main bedroom. Buses Buses stop outside the park. Regular buses to Looe. Approx hourly buses to Saltash and Plymouth in the opposite direction. Do not forget your bus pass if you have one and leave your car at the park. No petrol or parking fees. If you prefer driving Looe Bay is an ideal place to tour Cornwall and part of Devon. Photography I am a very enthusiastic photographer and have some of my photos in the caravan for your enjoyment. These can be purchased if you wish or I can gives tips on good places for you to take your own and further advice. I take many wildlife photos through the caravan window. Bray's of Looe is made up from our two shops Jack Bray & Son and J. M. Bray & Son. Jack Bray & Son was established in 1950 by Jack for the purpose of booking shark fishing trips, but soon began to supply angling equipment, wet weather gear, clothing, binoculars, clocks & barometers. It is still run to this day by Jack's son Martin and granddaughter Mattie. J M Bray & Son was opened by Jack's grandson Toby in 2008 to expand the outdoor clothing and accessories side of the business.

At top of 63 steps so unsuitable for people with restricted mobility or very small children. A watersports company is open on the beach front along with a cafe/restaurant from March to October.
