Being a Mum of 3 I personally know how hard it can be to fit in time for workouts! But it can be done! My workouts help keep me focused on my day ahead as well as keeping my body fit and healthy!
After my first two pregnancies I had a lot of weight to shift but I did it with dedication and determination, exercising three times per week and eating healthily.
My third pregnancy, I continued my gym workouts up until 36 weeks of pregnancy and found it helped tremendously with the labour and regaining my figure afterwards!
In addition to this I have a huge passion for GP Exercise Referral and am a qualified GP Exercise Referral Instructor who can work with clients with Diabetes, Hypertension, Obesity, Arthritis, Osteoporosis to help them manage their conditions better.
I believe everyone can make a difference to their lives with exercise and a healthy diet.
