Maldon Housing Association was established in 1966, we are a charity and limited company. We provide quality accommodation for older people in the Maldon community, giving residents a peaceful and secure environment in which to make their home. We own three large buildings containing a range of accommodation. Our 58 flats cover studio flats, one bedroom with single occupancy and one bedroom with double occupancy. We are also currently converting some of the flats at our Beridge House site so that we will also shortly be able to offer three, two bedroom flats.
