The Fairways is a contemporary style pub, restaurant and hotel that recently has undergone a £350,000 re-furbishment. It is located in between junction 34 M1 Meadowhall and Rotherham town centre, ideally located for Sheffield Arena, Meadowhall shopping, Magna and Don Valley stadium.
The Fairways is a privately owned pub and not another tied lease with a tenant having to pay extortionate rents and top prices for drinks.
We are free of tie on all products which allows us to be able to pass the savings on to our customers.
Our drinks prices are some of the cheapest in the area and it is our intention to keep a reasonable pricing policy throughout.
Our staff have been hand picked for their skill and attitude and so far have been successful in increasing trade every month.

At the Fairways we have 7 rooms available for you to stay in these are 4 Twin rooms & 3 Double rooms. Our rooms were all refurbished in July 2009 to a high contemporary standard.

Our new Carvery and Hot Table is already proving to be very popular, we offer freshly prepared Carvery and home made Hot Pots, Curries and Pies.
Sunday is Carvery day and we offer 3 different roasts along with all the trimmings.
Wednesday 5pm - 8.30pm - Carvery & Hot Table 2 dine for £8 or £4.50 for One.
Sunday 12pm - 5pm - Carvery £6.95 per person, 2 courses £8.50, 3 courses £9.95
