We are a young English couple with our own catering business. We have a 12ft catering trailer equipped to serve lots of different food. We serve good quality food and we have a lot that we are able to offer. We like to have our food homemade using our own recipes as far as possible specialising in Kebabs. All of our food is freshly cooked using fresh ingredients. The Kebabs that we offer are doner kebab, specially prepared meat roasted on a spit and served in a pitta bread with a choice of salad and sauce. We also offer chicken or lamb shish kebabs. For the shish kebabs we use our own recipe to marinade the meat in herbs and spices, also served in pitta bread with a choice of sauce and salad. We make our own falafel kebabs for a vegetarian option. Finally we offer a lamb kofta kebab, minced lamb mixed with herbs and spices, both of these our using our own recipe and served in pitta bread with a choice of sauce and salad. Other food that we offer includes, burgers, chicken burgers, hot dogs, fish and chips, chips, cheesy chips, chicken nuggets and chips, baguettes, homemade soups, breakfast, sandwiches, baps, wraps and our home made hot pocket burgers which are stuffed with chili and cheese. We offer hog roast, served in a roll with homemade cider apple sauce and stuffing.
