i am Clive the instructor for the sessions, i provide military fitness for 1 hour sessions, consisting of military circuits, log runs, steady state runs, burden retrievals, partner exercises. i deliver it in a fun but serious manner. i have many years military experience and have 2 years as a military physical training instructor. taking classes for up to 100 soldiers. i can help with food plans and give you knowledge on how to get back to fitness and also how to progress. get yourself there. you will enjoy it
