Welcome to Newcastle University Yoga Society! We offer fun classes, with varied styles of yoga. All of our classes are suitable for all abilities, whether you have never tried yoga before or are one of our 4 classes a week regulars. We provide yoga mats, just turn up in loose comfortable clothes. Digital Media group is focal point of Culture Lab's creative production. It focuses on the critical investigation of technology and their aesthetic and social potential for emerging practices. The group facilitates collaborative environments as art&science and design&technology to generate inter- and transdisciplinary frameworks with the aim to enhance practice-based/practice-led research outcomes. Main research topics include data visualisation, digital fabrication, open source communities and applications, curatorship and digital arts, interactive art & interface design and practices with emerging technologies. Our programmes: The Digital Media MA and PhD programme brings out students' creative side. The programme is designed to let students explore their interests while taking advantage of expert lecturers and state of the art digital media equipment. You will find this course has just the right mix of theory and practice. We offer students a supportive learning environment to explore and develop their vision
