Petite Douceur
UK based company, Petite Douceur, provides an all natural range of treats using finest fresh exotic fruits and hand-ground spices.
All of our jams are cooked in open pans in small batches. Fruits are cut in small pieces and macerated overnight into sugar and spice in order to release their natural juices. We never use commerical pectin, preservatives, colors or additives of any kind.
Cakes are either dairy or gluten free and pastry are made from scratch.
We prepare our products in an approved kitchen in lovely Kent, UK
