The Cardiff South and Vale of Glamorgan Reds has been running since the 2005/06 season. At the start of the 2012/13 season the club received official branch status from United. The club was set up by Peter Evans and Paul Richards, both locally based Manchester United fans who wanted to socialise with other supporters and help fellow reds to visit Old Trafford to watch their favourite team play. Travelling to every home and away match we offer our members the opportunity to apply for match tickets and coach travel from the local area. New members are always welcome and membership is free. Penarth Yacht Club was established in 1880. Based in Penarth near Cardiff on the sea front. It is the home of both Penarth Yacht Club and Penarth Rowing Club

Penarth Coastguard Rescue Team (CRT) is made up of 9 volunteer Coastguard Rescue Officers (CRO's). The team is on a permanent standby to respond to any incidents tasked to by a Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre in Swansea. We are equipped to carry out coastal searches, cliff rescue, water rescue, mud rescue and on scene coordination of incidents.

Music and Dinner events at the Blue Pelican Café: Hamptons is widely acknowledged as having one of the best daytime cafés in the Vale. What has become something of a best kept secret however is our regular music and dinner evenings. Each event has a particular musical theme from jazz, Motown and musicals to opera and Swing. Our five course dinner is presented as a set menu as platters for sharing – equally good whether it’s just two of you or for a night out with friends where great food and good company are the essential ingredients. We present a different menu each evening and these are usually available the month before. Additionally we provide an unrivalled service in bespoke interior design, garden design and event design.
