The Salvation Army in Petersfield is a warm and inviting church catering for all ages, and where possible, serving the community in the ways that the Salvation Army has traditionally worked. Worship is varied to enable all ages to praise and is based on Holiness and Salvation teaching. You don’t have to be a member or wear a uniform to attend the Salvation Army, and many people come because they enjoy the fellowship and relaxed style of worship. In addition to the Sunday worship (10.15 am & 5 pm) you'd expect from a Church, we also have the following happening in the week: Sunday - Kid's Alive Club, 11.30 am Monday Morning - Open Door, 9.30 am Tuesday - Lunch Club (12.30 pm) and CAMEO (Come & Meet Each Other) 1.45 pm Wednesday Morning - Coffee Morning (9 am) & Parent & Toddler Group 9.45 am Thursday - Open Door, 9.30 am Friday - Open Door (9.30 am) and Junior Club (5-12 yrs), 6.30 pm Other activities for those attending our Church include Brass Band, Singing Group and many social events.
