We are a friendly sociable running group which caters for all abilities from beginners to multi-marathon runners. We have 4 coaches in the group who are experienced in coaching all abilities.
We run twice a week from St John’s Ambulance Hall on a Monday and Wednesday starting around 6:30. Come and join us for an enjoyable run with like minded individual.
