Dance Fitness class is primarily about having fun whilst getting a workout; without the daunting experience of stepping foot inside a gym! We are lucky enough to have a really friendly bunch, ranging from young to old. Everybody is welcome and there is no pressure as the classes are about you and building your own goals, whether that be to get super fit of simply to make a few new friends and socialise whilst having a bit of a jig! Simple to follow steps to upbeat music getting you in the party mood! Come along and see what you think for just £4. a class.
Instructor:
Rosie is a professionally trained dancer having trained full-time at the prestigious Performers College over a four year period. Whilst in training she gained a National Diploma in Professional Dance and also attained her teaching qualifications. She is a resident teacher and choreographer at Masque Theatre School where she currently takes classes in a range of dance genres. Performing professionally she has worked both overseas and in the UK on film, music videos, commercials, TV and stage. She is currently represented by several agencies including Big Chief Productions, RAH Productions and Impact Models. Rosie uses her experience to bring exciting dynamics to the classes. Although still performing, she is really passionate about the teaching side of dance and loves to encourage and motivate others. Whether you can dance or not, all that she cares about is you enjoying the class and getting what you want from it!
