We believe the end state of self protection training is an understanding that there is no end state. The goal is an evolving level of protection resulting in mental and physical resilience which ensures the survival of you and your loved ones.
It is considered to be a modern, highly refined defence system, designed to be used against armed and unarmed attackers. Kapap addresses a wide variety of aggressive acts which include punches, kicks, chokes, bear hugs, headlocks, grabs, as well as defences against multiple attackers and assailants armed with a firearms, edged weapons, or blunt objects. Kapap includes specialized training methods to not only challenge students physically, but to also instil a mental discipline to strengthen the spirit and to develop the ability to deal with violent confrontations under intense stress. Tested on the battlefield and in the streets, Kapap’s practical approach to self defence will make you safer and more secure.
