Create and Take Jewellery Workshops
I love creating jewellery and thought it would be lovely to share this joy with you too! its so nice and also quite relaxing ( yes really) to sit surrounded by beads in all shapes sizes, colours and textures and then put a few together and come up with something that could truly be unique, wearable and on trend.
The idea came to me a few months ago when I had a few nice compliments about a bracelet I was wearing and instead of offering to make one for all the lovely girls who commented I suggested they come over to mine and make one. Well, what an hilarious evening that was! we did have a few glasses of wine to ease the way but finally by midnight all 5 of my lovely friends had made a bracelet to be proud of and and great time was had by all.
Things have moved on and I have sourced some rather spectacular Swarvoski Crystal beads which you really won't find any where else. I also have a great supply of silver (925) beads in various sizes and these are also fabulous.
I have a supply of silver (925) charms and have also designed a few of my own - flowers hearts, butterflies etc. Its been an exciting time designing, planning and sourcing !
Anyway the plan is that I will hold workshops either at my home or yours, you will pay a nominal 'table' fee and thereafter you will pay only for the beads you use which will range in price from a just a couple of pence up to £1.50 for the larger silver beads. So you really can create something to suit your own budget,whether that's £3.00 or £50.00.
My aim for the workshops is that you can create something to be proud of that you will enjoy wearing and also that you will have fun whilst creating !
