The program incorporates all aspects of personal fitness, such as posture, flexibility, core strength, aerobic fitness, muscular strength and stamina, which will get you firmly on the road to the perfect physique. The program also addresses nutrition and diet issues which are essential in producing the results, which exercise cannot achieve alone
The training plan is tailored to your individual needs as a client, it is totally flexible, and in that it can be adapted throughout the 12 week programme to provide new challenges to enable you to achieve your goals
So what happens at the end of the 12 week programme?
TJS Fitness Training is a progressive personal trainer at the end of the training program I will re-evaluate each and every client's personal circumstances and devise new programs for your continuing advancements based on your new goals.

All of my routines are fun and enjoyable that can be completed in your home or outdoors in the local park for example.
