RDC was founded in 1987 by Alan Mcarthy. Alan is an award-winning career salesman, selling for Rank Xerox, Exxon, Dun and Bradsheet, US Lines and ICL. Alan has sold into, and managed, sales teams selling to Financial Services, Logistics, Automotive, IT and Consultancy Sectors. Mark Sprigg Mark’s sales career began at the start of the PC boom. He joined US telecoms giant AT&T in 1987, and, after rising rapidly through the ranks, Mark helped to form and grow the European Healthcare IT division which was successfully sold to McKesson Corporation in 2001. Subsequently Mark headed up a UK PLC identifying, managing and negotiating strategic acquisitions – building the business for a highly profitable sale in late 2003. Subsequently, Mark has divided his time between owning and being a Non-Executive Director of a number of privately owned businesses and consulting for a range of large Companies on turnaround, re-financing, rapid sales growth and acquisition activities as well as Channel and Distribution selling and mentoring Key Clients senior teams.
