Specialists in the retail of Designer Once Worn and sample wedding gowns.We carry a large number of designer labels and usually have around 300 gowns in stock in various sizes to try on. Unlike many other Once Worn or sample sales web sites, when you come to Swoon, the dresses are in stock to browse and try so we are not about selling online (although our website does offer this service for clients who are too far away to visit).
We offer one to one appointments in comfortable surroundings, with no pressure sales -our brides know that they are getting such great value that we don't need to pressure sell! We also sell new designer wedding gowns , veils, tiaras and shoes.
Swoon is also committed to ethical issues, this being the initial inspiration for the creation of this company.
We re-use wedding gowns -wherever possible dresses that have been previously worn are restored to their former glory but usually sell at half their original RRP.
We re-use garment covers.
Dresses that may be too damaged for re-sale are used to rebuild other gowns by re-using beads and fabric.i.e, they become our spare parts!
Dresses not up to the high standards that we set at Swoon are released at regular intervals to our local Hospice shop.
Clients placing their Pre-loved gowns for sale with us also have the option to donate to charity should their dress not sell in the time it is with us.
Card packaging is re-used for on-line sales wherever possible
