When 1 2 1 Care and Mobility was established, the aim was to be different from other mobility and care companies, by providing a very personal 1-2-1 service to local people. With a focus on Whitstable, Herne Bay and the surrounding areas its reputation has gone from strength to strength and at the end of 2007 the company moved into a new retail premises/offices in Swalecliffe. 1 2 1 is registered with the Care Quality Commission and is an approved provider to KCC Social Services to provide Care in the Community to elderly and disabled adults in their own home. The care side of the business is run by Louise Barton, who previously owned Helping Hands Home Care Services based in Chestfield, together with Angela Smith who has extensive knowledge and expertise of the care sector. Louise and Angela have over 25 years experience in providing Home Care across East Kent and both have an excellent reputation in the sector. "We aim to provide a very friendly, personal, local care service to the highest possible standard. Our aim is not to the biggest, but to be the BEST!'
