Hi im Dan. When i turned 16 I became a vehicle technician at Brooklyn Ford. I spent 7 years there but as i was brought up in motorsport i decided to go for a Touring Car Mechanic for Laranca Engineering and got it. I was there for 2 years travelling Europe with the team and in that time built alot of experience on setting up and building race cars. I have been self employed for the past couple of years and in that time iv converted a quadzilla on road buggy to fit a gsxr 600 engine also built a Autograss Class 5 mini so i thought it was time to give it ago. We have bought the right equipment to start manufacturing/building so here we go and lets hope for some custom.

Food

Since being diagnosed as an adult with Aspergers Syndrome I have used my transfer printing to explore and represent what Aspergers means to me. The whole process of working in reverse is my daily struggle to make sense of the world around me. My Bubbles series especially highlights this due to the nature of the reflections within the bubbles. Each print is completely unique and various flaws occur due to the nature of the materials and process. I highlight these flaws using silver paint in a similar way to the Chinese philosophy of gilding a crack within a mended object. Aspergers is often seen as a flaw but it is important to celebrate these differences as part of a whole of a person.
