Girlguiding Clackmannanshire

Girlguiding Clackmannanshire

Unit 53, Alloa Business Centre, Whins Road, Alloa ,
Girlguiding Clackmannanshire covers the council area of Clackmannanshire and is organised into 8 districts - Alva & Menstrie, Tillicoultry, Dollar & Muckhart, Tulliallan, Clackmannan, Alloa, Sauchie and Tullibody & Cambus. Clackmannanshire (the "wee county") may be the smallest Guiding county in Scotland but what we lack in size we make up for with enthusiasm. Guiding in Clackmannanshire is welcoming and all about having fun. Each week hundreds of girls and adults take part in a variety of challenging activities from skiing to canoeing, fashion shows to keep fit, Ready Steady Cook competitions to outdoor cooking. The "wee county" is big on Guiding. There are Rainbow (age 5-7), Brownie (age 7-10) and Guide (age 10+) units throughout the county. There is also a host of opportunities for the Senior Section (young women age 14 - 25) and many roles for adults (age 18+).
