Once a thriving, busy environment full of students who came from far and wide, Charlotte Mason/St. Martins College in Ambleside will always be remembered for more than just a Campus. This page is designed for former students of the College to upload and tell their stories from their time on (and off) Campus. The University of Cumbria has had to close the site due to losses of over £28m and has admitted that even if it is reopened it will no longer be involved in teacher training, the activity for which it is famous and which attracts students from all over the world. As a former student myself, I wish to keep the memory of our College alive so that we can recall memories in an attempt to never forget our wonderful years in Ambleside, whether you were a part of CMC, UCSM, University of Cumbria, were taking a BSc Degree in Outdoor Ed or training to become a teacher, or just have fond memories to share, you're welcome to share.
