It all started for me at a very young age. As a child I was extremly active, trying my hand at most sports, but I excelled in athletics. I won my first National Medal at the age of 13 as a High Jumper and that provided the spring board (no pun intended) into muilti events.
By the age of 17, I had a National level coach and was training like a professional athlete (just as hard but without the money), 6 days a week sometimes twice a day. At 19, I was selected to represent Great Britain, which was one of the proudest moments of my life.
As an International Decathlete with a Sports Science degree from Brunel University, I always thought myself to be very knowledgeable in my chosen fields of exercise and nutrition. But in 2008 I met John Thomson, creator of the Thomson Training Programs, who taught me how to really get the best results for my clients. Over the last 28 years, John has completed over 90,000 paid personal training workouts and being mentored by him, I have dramatically improved my ability to achieve the results my clients desire and consequently exponentially increase the number of clients I train.
Over the last 5 years, on average i have completed 45 to 55 sessions of personal training per week which I hope refects my ability as a trainer. My philosophy with my business is solely based around results, and this is something I believe in 100% and I am 100% confident that I can deliver to any client that I work with.
