Family owned caravan on beach front site with access to the beach the Sunnysands site facilities include indoor heated swimming & splash pool, club, take away, play area, shop, laundrette, cafe, amusement arcade, boat launching, fishing & WiFi the site charges £30 off peak & £40 during peak season for the fob to site barriers this also gives access to all the site facilities when you return the fob you will get £10 back . Our caravan is fully equiped with T.V./free view/DVD, iron & board, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, gas fire/wall heaters, shower, hair dryer, hoover & childrens toys. Unfortunately we do not allow dogs (site rules) no smoking in caravan no same sex groups or groups over 6. You will need to bring your own bed linen (duvet cover/pillow case/sheet) towels including tea towel. Our caravan is let on a 'self clean' basis meaning- we expect you to leave it as you want to find it. A £30 deposit is to be paid with your final balance 6 weeks prior to your holiday once you have left we will return your deposit so long as the caravan is clean tidy and undamaged. The club house has entertainment at wkends and everynight during peak season which includes kids entertainment/disco between 8-9pm there is also kids clubs 2 days per week.
