The Tower is a 7.5m high climbing wall built inside the recently renovated tower of Trinity Church. It has different routes ranging from really easy to extremely challenging (Grades 3-6a+) It is located just a 5 minute walk away from Barnstaple town centre. The wall is open to both small and large groups, and there is currently an open session that happens on Sunday evenings.

We currently run child and adult classes at North Devon Leisure Centre on a Wednesday evening and Saturday Morning. We also have classes in Exeter and Braunton. Children are taught about stranger danger, respect and loyalty among other things and most importantly how to defend themselves. They are regularly praised with Samurai of the Month awards and regular gradings also take place. Our Aikido lessons promote confidence in children and can have a very far reaching and positive effect across their lives.

A normal session will vary between 3-5 miles. In the summer months we sometimes extend to longer distances to enjoy the lighter weather! We sometimes offer longer training runs in the weekends for runners who want to train for specific events. These often coincide with local and regional half marathons as well as popular national half- and full marathons.
