Disabled Facilities:
The cinema has facilities and full access available for disabled guests in all screens.
All screens are fitted with Infra Red Hearing Systems, compatible with most hearing aids. Please ask a staff member at the cinema for further details.
All screens have disabled seating at the front of the Auditoria.
All floors are accessible via a customer lift.
All disabled seating areas are next to cinema seats so the guest can sit with their friends and families except in Screens 1, 6 & 12 where there are no adjacent cinema seats.
CEA Card:
As part of a general cinema industry initiative, all our cinemas accept the CEA Card which entitles the holder to one free ticket for their carer.

The Festival Leisure Park is situated on Cranes Farm Road on the A1235, 1 mile north of Basildon Town Centre on Pipps Hill.
Driving Directions
From the East: On the A127 towards London follow A132 to Basildon and then the A1235 towards Pipps Hill.
From the West: On the A13 from London, take the 2nd turning ( Basildon) at Pitsea onto the A132, and then take the A1235 to Pipps Hill.
OR
On the A127 from London take the first Basildon exit onto the A176 towards Basildon and then the A1235 towards Pipps Hill.
By Train
The nearest train station is Basildon, which is situated within the Basildon Town Centre and is apprximately 10 minutes drive from the Festival Leisure Park.
The Festival Leisure Park is not served by Public Transport.
