Café Bellini's, Bude
Since taking ownership in September 2006, working closely with local suppliers we have continued the business and have extended our range of products to include hand-made cakes and a wide selection of local & international drinks.
Whilst purchasing many ingredients from local suppliers, we are still able to maintain an authentic Italian theme by using Italian wood fired pizza bases and only the best Italian meats, cheeses and olives, imported directly from Italy.
Our pasta specials are prepared on the premises on a daily basis using a variety of fresh egg pasta. Some of our most popular dishes include; Wild Cornish Venison in a rich Tomato, Basil & Coriander Sauce and Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables with Pesto and Parmesan.
Fully licensed we stock a carefully selected range or spirits, beer and cider, and our own label Italian wines.
Working in conjunction with our specialist coffee roasters, we are confident we are able to provide excellent quality coffees, and a full range of herbal & fruit teas, organic smoothies and freshly squeezed orange juice, plus many more unusual and interesting drinks.
