Dragon Club After School Care
A place for children to socialise and relax in a safe and secure environment, whilst
parents are working, training or just having time out!!! The children can participate in Arts and crafts, wii games, board games they can play with toys and dress up. Or they can sit in the quiet area and chill. The service is open to all children in Caldicot aged 4-11.
The children will be escorted from their school to the club by walking bus!Waterproofs and hi vis jackets will be provided.
The club is predominantly english speaking but basic welsh can be spoken by staff. I started the club as there seemed to be a lack of childcare with all the childminders fully booked, it is steadily growing and I am getting a good response from parents and children. I know a lot of the children as I have worked at Castle park school and more recently worked at Durand school as a teaching assistant. All the staff are CRB checked and the club is fully insured.
