Our classes meet each monday and friday, 1.30pm - 2.30pm.
Our attendees ages range from 20s to 70s!
No membership fees and no obligations - we operate on a pay as you go system.
Our class instructor is a fully qualified and very experienced dance/aerobics/fitness instructor.
Our class structures are half aerobics, half toning exercises. The class format changes half termly- we cover a variety of aerobic exercises - salsacise, jiveacise, zumba,etc.
We have a creche too! (For 0-5 year olds) in which there are SMBC registered creche workers.
Classes cost £3 (or £2 with Leisure Key)
Creche cost £1.50 per child, £1 per sibling
Plenty of parking.

Cheadle Young Farmers is a small part of Staffordshire Young Farmers, which in turn is part of the NFYFC (National Federation of Young Farmers Club). One major thing about Young Farmers is that you DO NOT need to be a farmer, it is a club for people aged between 10 and 26 to join who want to have fun, meet new people and participate in different agricultural and non agricultural activities.
