Having come into Personal Training later than some I bring a lot of life experience into my programmes and can help you unlock your potential at a pace you are comfortable with. I am 100% committed to helping you achieve your goals and will work with you to design a programme that not only challenges and pushes you but will hopefully prove really enjoyable.

• Certificate in the Management of Low Back Pain (REPs level 4)
• Certificate in Exercise (GP) Referrals (REPs level 3)
• Certificate in Personal Training (REPs level 3)
• Certificate in Designing Pre & Post Natal Exercise Programmes (REPs level 3)
• Certificate in Fitness Instructing (REPs level 2)
• Certificate in Studio Cycling (Spinning)
• Certificate in Circuit Training
• Certificate in Gym Based Boxing
• Certificate in Sports Nutrition
• Zumba & Zumbatomic licensed instructor
• First Aid
