A holiday is not just for the Kids, but for Mum and Dad, Aunty and Uncles and even Grandma and Granddad, which is why this location is second to none.
As part of the Parks fantastic array of facilities, there is a heated out-door swimming pool and access to the in-door fun pool just over the road at its sister park (St Osyth), children’s play areas and entertainment across the day with Loopy Rabbit and Cyril Squirrel, alongside the famous state-of-the-art entertainment at The Venue @ Seawick – which hosts regular evening spectaculars for all ages and regular stars and major acts throughout the year.
Instead of cooking throughout your stay, there are fantastic places to grab a bite or sit down and chill. We have the Essex Seagull Bar & Grill on site that boasts great value food, with good drink and big screen for live entertainment and sport.
The refurbished 1950’s style cafe that would even tempt the Fonzarelli, as it will cover you from breakfast through to their all day menu, so it will keep the kids happy whilst in the pool or with the entertainment team and yourselves during the shows at night.
There is also a mini mart store on site, which has all you can need to get you out of a sticky situation for cooking, entertaining and just some of the fun things you may need whilst staying on the park.
Just outside the park there are two cafes and an array of amusements for young and old. Or if you really want a treat, why not take a 2 minute stroll up to the ‘Sailor Boy’ where you can grab a drink (or two), have a great meal in the Cafe (breakfast, lunch or dinner) or the real experience of fresh fish and chips on the Blue Flag Beach – Sand Included.
Clacton is just 5-10 minutes away by car, so you can have the Fun of the Fair – especially at Clacton Pier and Fairground, amusements on the front, crazy golf and much, much more besides these, as you go along the beach; or why not venture into the town to do some R&R shopping.
Other things to see and do include:
• Colchester Zoo – with over 250 species and set in 60 acres of beautifully maintained parklands
• Colchester Castle & Museums – as the largest keep built by the Normans it has real character and over 2000 years of British History & Events to show you
• The Beth Chatto Gardens – with it spectacular landscaped gardens, unusual plants and the dramatic water and woodlands
(Sunday at Seawick – is the local market just behind ‘The Sailor Boy’ where you could grab yourself a little bargain to take home with you)

Our caravan is an equivalent Silver 3 Bed 8 Berth Caravan which also boasts parking directly outside the caravan {for 2 cars} and additional extras to make your stay enjoyable.

The Caravan is rented:
• Mondays (from 15:00) to Fridays (until 11:00)
• Fridays (from 15:00) to Mondays (until 11:00)
£50.00 Booking fee to hold the date remainder due 4 weeks before arrival date.
£75.00 breakage/security deposit fully refundable within 5 working days of leaving the caravan.
Payments made by Bank Transfer direct into Caravan Account – Details will be given on booking.
