Clevedon Family Church (CFC) is a growing community church in the heart of Clevedon, North Somerset. Started in 1998 CFC since then has grown to over 100 regular church members from Clevedon and its surrounding areas.

Thanks for visiting our Facebook page! if you're not already a member, we hope you pop into the club when you're next passing to have a look around the club to get a sense of the wide range of facilities on offer to our members and their guests. We’ve written this note to give you an overview, but nothing beats actually having a look round! Club Facilities In the Sports Bar we have two large screen TV’s and we have the full Sky Sports package available plus two racing channels. We also have a permanent dart board and host regular local darts league matches. Attached to the sports bar is our Skittle Alley which is reputably the best in the area. We are the home for 10 teams who compete in a number of the local skittle leagues. The Alley has seating for 30 people and CCTV, enabling a view of the pins from the scoring end. It also has a digital jukebox, making it the perfect venue for any occasion. Our Alley is also available for private hire at just £15. In our Snooker Room we have three full size snooker tables for our members and their guests to use, all maintained to competition standard. The comfortably furnished Millennium Lounge is perfect for any occasion and is also the venue for Bingo, Cribbage and our regular tasting evenings, the most recent being a Butcombe Brewery tasting. The Somerset Suite is our large function room. There is disabled access and within the room is a fully stocked bar, a raised stage, dance floor and all normal business facilities (free wi-fi throughout the club and projector screen etc). The Somerset Suite is licensed for 150 people and is available to hire from £60 (or free to bona fide charities). In addition the Committee Room is available to hire for smaller gatherings and is suitable for meetings of up to 16 people. As for catering, we offer a full À la carte menu which is available lunchtimes from 12 to 2pm, 12 to 3pm Sundays and Friday and Saturday evenings 6pm to 8pm. The Club also offers a full catering service to suit any function or occasion; from business meetings to weddings, birthday parties and conferences. Finally our spacious Garden is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and we also have a covered area in case of the odd shower. Our Prices As a members club we are able to keep our prices low and our bar prices are reported to be amongst the cheapest in the area. For example a pint of Greene King IPA is currently only £2.25, Stella 4% only £2.50 per pint and Club doubles just £2.30. All our bars are fully stocked and we carry out regular reviews to ensure that our members get the best possible prices. Whilst we are a private members club we work hard to keep our members subscriptions low; currently under 40p per week. It was formed in 1988 with just two age groups and has increased in numbers every year since then. We now run 18 teams at every age group from Under 6 to Under 16’s. At the close of the 2011-12 season we had in the region of 250 registered players. During recent years members of the club have achieved several different certificates. We currently have twenty one level 1 coaches, two level 2 coaches and three level 3 coaches. All club officials are CRB checked. All coaches have a first aid certificate, and we have 2 members who have qualified as Child Protection Officers. Over the years we have developed our Constitution, and ensure that the contents are adhered to by all within the club, as is with our Child Protection Policy. In 2004 we achieved Charter Standard status, something we are all very proud of. We aim to give every boy and girl the opportunity o play football. Having started 24 years ago with one team we are now one of the biggest in North Somerset. We are also a registered charity for which our Charity No is 1122841.

Clevedon Craft Centre is situated on the outskirts of the Victorian seaside resort town of Clevedon, some 12 miles south of Bristol. Follow the BROWN Craft Centre signs from junction 20 of the M5 onto the B3130. We also now have Brown signs from the other direction taking you past the” Hand Stadium”. The studios and workshops are housed in the outbuildings of a 17th century Somerset 'long farm” which was once part of the Clevedon Court Estate. Clevedon Craft Centre is an all year round attraction with FREE parking. There are toilet facilities and disabled access to most of the site. The many and varied art and crafts provide an opportunity to purchase the highest quality original work directly from the designer/makers themselves, while still enjoying the quiet rural atmosphere where the family can feed the ducks and chickens or relax in the patio garden at the far end of the Craft Centre.
