The Unit is also looking at Sufferfest, Grit and many other exiting workouts. The Unit will house a range of free weights, including bars, plates, dumbells and kettlebells, We do not use machines here :) The Unit is also home to the "Born Survivor" team The Unit welcomes anybody from all walks of life and all abilities, Whether your an absolute beginner or an elite athlete we have a programme for you.
