The Colchester Oyster Festival is about celebrating Colchester's most famous food. This year has the return of the Romans arguably the oysters greatest fan. We will have a Roman camp and gladiators fighting to the death! Roman food will be on offer as well as a good range of modern hot and cold food. There will be lots of competitions including the Great British Pie Eating competition and lots more organised by Dream 100.
