We are a very friendly and welcoming cricket club on the Beds / Bucks border. We run 3 Saturday sides, and have restarted out Youth Section this season, and held 9 Youth Training Sessions attended regularly by 32 youngsters. Next year, we will be doing the same for 7-12 year olds. Please contact youth@northcrawleycc.co.uk if your child is interested. We are hoping to run a youth side next season as well.

What better way to spend the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Bank Holiday Weekend than at an outdoor concert! Crawley Live is a 3 day event, celebrating the best in local bands and tribute acts, playing on the open air stage on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd June in Southgate playing fields (opp Arora Hotel, Crawley). The fun continues on the Sunday, with 'The Big Lunch' hosted by Crawley Borough Council, with live acts and entertainment on stage throughout the afternoon. Friday 1st June: CRAWLEY REVIVAL Gates open at 5.30pm, music from 7pm Take a nostalgic trip back in time to the decades of the '60's, '70's and '80's with superb floor filling tunes. Who better to transport us back than Crawley’s favourite DJ, the legendary Gordon Skeggs. The music continues through until 11pm courtesy of two fabulous live bands: The Blunter Brothers and Boogie Wonderland. Saturday 2nd June: BEST OF BRITISH Gates open at 12 noon, live music from 2pm Spend Bank Holiday Saturday afternoon and evening listening to 7 of the finest local bands around: Fran Classic, Aeroplane Blondes, The Slabs, The Saviours of Soul, Mainly Madness, Lee Pashley as Robbie Williams, with 'Rhapsody is this the real Queen' headlining the event. Sunday 3rd June: THE BIG LUNCH 2012 Gates open at 11am, entertainment from 12 noon In support of the nationwide 'Big Lunch' campaign, Crawley Borough Council invites you to pack a picnic and head down to Southgate playing fields to enjoy outdoor entertainment all afternoon on the Crawley Live stage. Licensed bar and catering facilities available throughout the 3-day event. Cottesmore School was founded by Geoffrey Davidson-Brown on September 3rd 1894. He named the school after the Cottesmore Hunt in Rutland, where he grew up.Cottesmore is a preparatory school in the United Kingdom, which has been preparing children for public schools since 1894. It is predominantly a full boarding school although there are a limited number of places for both weekly and day boarders. There are 150 boys and girls from the ages of 7 to 13. Cottesmore is situated in 35 acres (140,000 m2) of its own grounds, the setting for its playing fields, cricket pitches, all-weather cricket nets, grass and hard tennis courts, golf course, lake and gardens. [edit] History Cottesmore originated in Hove, Sussex. It moved to its present site at Buchan Hill after World War II in 1946. The school is housed in a fine Victorian mansion known as Buchan Hill that was built for an ostrich-farming millionaire named Saillard in the 1880s.

Crawley Museum is a local history museum which exists to record, conserve and make accessible Crawley’s history. The Museum has permanent displays which illustrate Crawley's history from the Stone Age to the development of the New Town. It also has regularly changing temporary exhibitions which reflect different aspects of the Town and the local area's history. The Museum can be opened specially for groups and school visits and staff are also available to give talks. The Museum is managed by the Crawley Museum Society and two professional staff. The Crawley Museum Society is also responsible for the management of the Ifield Watermill.
